WEDNESDAY 7TH
MAINTAIN YOUR JOYOUS SMILE
Psalms 68:3, “But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.”
Do you realize that God has bequeathed His righteousness unto you as a gift? Philippians 3:9 tells us, “And be found in Him, not having mine own righteousness which is of the law, but that which is through faith of Christ , the righteousness which is of God by faith.”
If this is really true (of course you know it is, the word of God cannot lie), then what are you allowing to steal your joy? The Bible according to our anchor Scripture says with a commanding tone: Let the righteous be glad! Dear Friend, God is not giving you a choice today, so your gladness and joy is compulsory. The good news is that inside that joyous smile of yours is your solution. Isaiah 12:3 says, “Therefore, with joy shall ye draw water out of the well of salvation.”
Refuse to fall for the deceptive pranks of satan. Don’t allow negative situation steal your joy; maintain your joyous smile. Those things making you sad are just about to change for your good, begin to rejoice! Are they threatening to sack you for no sensible reason? Don’t allow it to make you succumb to sadness; I feel strongly led to prophesy that sack threat will turn around for your promotion right now. Go out today with a big smile on your face, I believe before the end of today, you will be laughing all the way!
FURTHER STUDY: Philippians 4:4, “Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice.”
