FRIDAY 13TH
GIVE: LIVE A MORE HONOURABLE LIFE
Acts 20:35 (AMP), “In everything I have pointed out to you (by example) that, by working diligently in this manner we ought to assist the weaker, being mindful of the words of the Lord Jesus , how He himself said it is more blessed (makes one happier and more to be envied) to give than to receive.”
Hmmn… It is more blessed to give than to receive. I love the word of God; it always takes a man beyond common sense into Bible sense that places such a person up for an enviable life of dominion. The Amplified Translation tells us clearly that a giver would have a happier life that receivers will envy.
Giving never reduces a man; instead it sets him up for an increase in the area he is committed to giving. Receiving on the other hand doesn’t result in lasting increase because what you receive will certainly finish some day and there is no extra promise of more. What makes giving more blessed is that it awakens the transfer of creativity into the giver which triggers the ability to reproduce what was given out.
Do you want to be great in life? Then don’t be stingy! Giving is powerful, it terminates lack and scarcity. Proverbs 28:27 says, “He who gives to the poor will not lack.” This is so important because there are many who would say, “I do not give because I do not have enough.” Oh no, the Bible says, when you give, you close the door against scarcity. You cannot and should not wait until you have abundance before you give, you will never have! You don’t get to the top to give, no, you give to get to the top! The bible tells us a group of people who continued to give in spite of their own lack: 2 Corinthians 8:2-3, “…that in a great trial of affliction, the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality. For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing (to give).”
As you begin to walk in the consciousness of this revelation, I prophesy over you, welcome into a more honorable life of glory and abundance.
FURTHER STUDY: Proverbs 11:24(AMP), "There are those who (generously) scatter abroad, and yet increase more; there are those who withhold more than is fitting or what is justly due but results only in want (poverty).”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I AM A GIVER THEREFORE I HAVE ABUNDANCE. I LIVE A MORE HONOURABLE LIFE; I AM GENEROUS AND NOT STINGY.
ACTION POINT: Increase your offerings and give it cheerfully.

LIVE THE NEW KIND OF LIFE
Titus 3:3-5 (NIV), “At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, He saved us, not because of the righteous thing we had done.”
Being born again is an introduction into a new kind of life – the God kind of life. This special kind of life has a wonderful nature; when a person receives this new life in Christ, it goes beyond a thing of the heart by showing practically for all to see. Acts 4:13 shows us clearly, “Now when they saw Peter and John, they marveled and they realized that they had been with Jesus.”
The crux of our message from the Lord today is that if you have received the new life Jesus brought, then you ought to put off the old life and switch on this new life by the power of the Holy Ghost. Dear friend, you are no longer enslaved to negative passions and pleasures. You no longer need to satisfy the negative longings of the flesh. Instead God expects you to embrace love, gentleness, peace, kindness and all positive virtues that flow from Christ to you.
Hebrews 12:14 says, “Pursue peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.” Allow the life of God flow from your inside by living in peace with all men. Crucify your flesh and its feelings of jealousy, envy or malice. Pursue after holiness in the fear of the Lord with an understanding of grace, you are not who you used to be. You now have a new nature because you are in Christ Jesus, the old man is dead to sin, the new man is alive to Christ unto righteousness. YOU’VE GOT A NEW LIFE IN CHRIST!
FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8: 13, “For if you live according to the flesh, you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I HAVE RECEIVED THE NEW LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS. HATRED, MALICE AND ENVY IS FINISHED FROM MY LIFE. I WALK IN PEACE AND HOLINESS!
ACTION POINT: Embrace peace, gentleness and kindness in your dealings with others.

OVERCOMING DIFFICULTIES BY THE WORD
2 Samuel 22:30-31, “For by You (O LORD), I can run against a troop; by my God I can leap over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.”
Challenges are real in the race of life. God never promised us a life without difficulties or troubles, but He gave us the precious gift of His word to guarantee that in the face of the challenges, we would emerge as victors. Our anchor Scriptures makes such a strong statement, “The word of the Lord is proven.” This means that the word of the Lord is sure to work in all conditions and under all circumstance. When you face difficulties (and you sure will), the only guarantee for success is the word of the Lord in your spirit!
The word gives us assurance in the midst of the darkness that there is still hope and a bright future. No matter how difficult the challenge is, if you have gotten hold of God’s word, then you must never let it go. Hold on to it, it is for your security and safety! 2 Peter 1:19 says, “And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as light that shines in a dark place until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.” O how beautiful! Looking at this Scripture again makes me realize what the Holy Ghost is saying. When we hold unto God’s word, it is our assurance that we would outlast the night season of our life and be ushered into the joys of the morning!
Dear friend, you may be going through a very difficult time in your life. Don’t give up, hold unto God’s word, hold God’s precious word so tight until the day of your life dawns, stay in faith and you will come out victorious!
FURTHER STUDY: Revelation 3:8, “I know thy works: behold I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and has kept My word, and has not denied My name.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, GOD’S WORD IS STRONGER THAN MY DIFFICULTIES. MY STRENGTH MAY BE LITTLE BUT I HOLD UNTO THE WORD, NEW DOORS ARE OPENING FOR ME.
ACTION POINT: Even in the midst of the storm, keep reading your Bible.

NO MORE DECAY IN YOUR LIFE
Colossians 2:12, “(In Christ you were) buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Christ from the dead.”
I believe that the greatest key to perpetual victory is that believers should come into full knowledge (Epignosis) of the finished work of Christ. Our anchor Scripture shows that when Christ was raised up from the grave, YOU were also raised up with Him through your faith!
Wow, God’s word never promised that you would be raised in the future. No! You have already been raised! All you need now in order to activate your resurrected life is faith. Once your faith comes alive, you will discover that you have been raised already. IT IS PAST TENSE!
What then does your “resurrection” mean? Let’s see Acts 13:37 (NIV), “But the one whom God raised from the dead did not see decay.” Wow, look at this Scripture, the Bible is revealing your future from the eyes of history. Of course you know that God “declares the end from the beginning” (Isaiah46:10). God has declared your end saying, “Throughout your life, you will not see decay!” This means that nothing can go wrong concerning your existence. No matter what you go through in life, you will never go under, you will never come up short. When it appears as though you are about to be finished, grace for greatness will speak for you!
Refuse to allow fear fill your heart when you think about your future, 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Tell your challenge with confidence, “I know the end of the story, I will come out victorious, I will not see decay”. You may not know how you will win, but choose to believe YOU HAVE BEEN RAISED, THERE IS NO MORE DECAY!
FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:36-37 (NIV), “For the sake of Christ, we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered. No in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I FIRMLY BELIEVE IN THE FIISHED WORK OF CHRIST, I WAS RAISED TOGETHER WITH HIM, I CANNOT SUFFER ANY DECAY!
ACTION POINT: Confess your victory over life’s challenges.

PROSPEROUS BY THE SPIRIT
Isaiah 32:15 (AMP), “Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness become a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is valued as a forest.”
As a believer, you’ve got to be conscious that you are not operating by the rules of this world; your case is different. This is the only way you will believe God for the abundance He is set to pour into your life in the midst of economic challenges that may be ravaging your nation. God has not called us to operate by the law of economics. He has called us to prosperity by the Holy Ghost! This is why, “when men are cast down, then you shall say, there is a lifting up for me” (Job 22:29).
When things appear dry and seem not to be working, that is not the time to cry, NO! Speak in other tongues, charge up your atmosphere with favor, grace and prosperity. Step into God’s plenty reserved for you in Heaven. Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” It is high time for you to convert this spiritual blessing into material resources.
It is quite simple, you may have some dollars but in order to spend money in Nigeria, you have to convert it to naira, same way you also have to transform your spiritual resources into physical benefits on this planet. You have tremendous wealth in spiritual currencies, as you pray in tongues, the Holy Spirit will convert those resources into winning ideas that are relevant on the earth, and by applying yourself to these ideas, you will swim in physical wealth! There is a strong connection between your success and prosperity and your fervency in the Spirit! Romans 12:11 (KJV) says, “not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord…” Begin now to pray more in tongues.
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 12:7, “But the manifestation of the Spirit to given to every man to profit withal.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT THEREFORE I CANNOT BE BROKE. I CANNOT SUFFER LOSS. I AM PROFITING IN ALL MY BUSINESS ENDEAVOURS, I AM SO RICH!
ACTION POINT: Commit your business to the Lord by praying more in the Holy Ghost.

EMBRACE A CONTNOUS GIVING LFESTYLE
Ecclesiastes 11:6, “In the morning sow your seed, and in the evening do not withhold your hand; for you do not know which will prosper either in this or that, or whether both alike will be good.”
Many people erroneously think that when they give, it reduces them, so they choose to embrace stinginess. Such people are wrong. This is a faulty belief system designed to keep people in the bondage of lack and want.
In the words of Dr. Mike Murdock, “the seed you sow does not leave your life forever, it goes away to attract more, especially when you need it the most.” In order for you to position yourself to be above only at all points in time, you must break the vicious cycle of poverty by attracting your harvest through giving. Selfishness and stinginess doesn’t increase a person, instead, it drains wealth. God is not a wicked nor blind God, He does not expect you to give what you don’t have, but out of what you have, make it a habit to always set aside a seed! There is a just grace for given which you must convert earnestly! 2 Corinthians 8:1-2, “…we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia: that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality.” No one is ever too poor to give!
Proverbs 11:24 (NIV) puts this truth beautifully, it says, “One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.” A giving lifestyle is the springboard into a life of gain and profit. Think about this: every seed planted will produce harvest after a particular period of time. I think that it is wisdom for us to make it a daily habit to sow seeds so that we can also come into a period of daily harvests. Periodic giving without doubt leads to periodic receiving. Make up your mind today to be in the company of the successful through the secret of giving. Giving is a dependable principle and nothing can stop it from producing in your life if you embrace it joyfully! START TODAY!
FURTHER STUDY: Ecclesiastes 11:1, “Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I AM A GIVER, A HEART OF GREED AND SELFISHNESS IS NOT IN MY DNA. THROUGH MY SEEDS, I ACTIVATE A RAIN OF UNENDING PROSPERITY IN MY LIFE.
ACTION POINT: Locate someone in need and give something useful today.

FEAR GOD AND SHUN EVIL
Job 1:1 (AMP), “There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job and that man was blameless and upright, and one who (reverently) feared God and abstained from and shunned evil (because it was wrong)."
The Bible tells us that Job a blameless and upright man. But have you ever wondered how that was possible in his time? He did more than fear God, he also shunned evil. He had the fear of God in his heart and his actions portrayed that reality.
One of the greatest undoing of many Christians around the world today is that they claim to have the fear of God yet entangle themselves with the pleasures of sin.
Hebrews 12:1 says, “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” If we truly fear God, we must shun evil, or else we may give the enemy a foothold over our lives. Now, I know that we are not judged righteous before the Lord by our deeds but by the finished work of Christ on the cross of Calvary. But yet I believe that out of reverence and value for the price that was paid on our behalf, we should strive to shun evil!
Dear friend, it is not enough to avoid just sin that look so attractive but you should consciously ensure that you put everything associated with that sin far from you. Are you struggling with alcoholism? Destroy the bottles and stay away from things and places that remind you of them! It is your responsibility to do everything possible to make sure that there is great space between you and the temptation.
In an era of grace, please be conscious of this truth: We don’t shun evil to access salvation, NO! We shun evil to show to God that we value the free gift of salvation we have received by grace – unmerited favour! God is counting on you to do right thing regardless of whatever pleasure your flesh seeks to enjoy. YOU HAVE BEEN EMPOWERED WITH GRACE TO SHUN EVIL!
FURTHER STUDY: Proverbs 16:6 (NLT), “Unfailing love and faithfulness make atonement for sin. By fearing the LORD, people avoid evil.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I AM A REAL CHILD OF GOD. THE NATURE OF SIN AND LOVE FOR THE WORLD HAS BEEN SUPPLANTED IN MY MEMBERS, I WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
ACTION POINT: Cut away by grace from habits and actions that are not pleasing to God.

FRIDAY 6TH
ARE YOU HELPFUL FOR MINISTRY?
2 Timothy 4:10-11 (AMP), “For Demas has deserted me for the love of this present world and has gone to Thessalonica; Crestens has gone to Galilee, Titus to Dalmatia. Luke alone is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, for he is very helpful for the ministry.”
Every believer in Christ has been called into ministry; ministry is not just for pastors and church staff but the responsibility of every believer including YOU! 2 Corinthians 5:18 says, “All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.”
Let this truth sink deeply into your spirit: We have all been given the ministry of reconciliation. Some believers as identified in our anchor Scripture were not committed to the work of ministry because of the love of this present world. They have deserted the work in pursuit of life’s pressure, have you?
Listen dear friend, when it is all said and done, the only important thing in life is what we do for the sake of the Gospel. Refuse to be like ‘Demas the deserter’, instead choose to be like Mark, be very helpful for the ministry. Choose to be dependable, reliable and available, use your skills, talents and resources for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Make your life count for the sake of the Gospel.
Colossians 4:17 says, “…and say to Archippus (insert your name). Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.” God by privilege has given you a glorious opportunity to serve in the ministry. Leave no stone unturned, see that you fulfill your ministry! Listen, many may mock you, but refuse to allow their mockery weary you because the more they mock you, the more God makes you! Serve in the ministry, reduce the load of work from the shoulders of your man of God, share in the labours, become a helper of the work!
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Chronicles 19:1-2, “Now there were the men who came to David at Ziklag while he was still a fugitive from Saul and they were among the mighty men, helpers of the war, armed with bows, using both the right hand and the left hurling stones and shooting arrows with the bows.”

CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I KNOW MY PLACE IN GOD’S KINGDOM AND I WON’T FAIL. I AM A STEWARD OF GOD’S GRACE; I AM HELPFUL FOR GOD’S WORK.

OBEDIENCE GUARANTEES PROSPERITY
Acts 13:22 (NIV), “After removing Saul God made David king. God testified concerning him: I have found David son of Jesse a man after My own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.”
Our decision to obey the dictates of God’s word is powerful; it guarantees our upliftment, prosperity and surplus, in all areas of life. From our anchor Scripture, it is clear that the reason why God decided to enthrone David is because God was sure of His heart and obedience! We can also see that the foundation of the throne of Saul began to shake when disobedience was found in his life (1 Samuel 15: 22-23).
God loves to see you prosper; He loves to see you do well and make progress in your life and that is why He has sent this message to you today. Embrace obedience. Don’t take God’s word just as an advice but as instructions you must obey! Job 36:11 says, “If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.”
Do you want to enjoy prosperity in place of poverty? Do you want to experience pleasures in place of pressures? Then move beyond hearing the word, diligently obey and apply. Allow God’s word shape and change you, then you will begin to rise into your elevated position of royalty. Exodus 19:5 says, “Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to me above all people; for all the earth is mine.” When you obey God, you become a special treasure to Him and He begins to fill your life with every pleasant treasure.
The secret to the good life you seek is inside your obedience to what God command you to do. The commandments of God are never grievous, they are always for your enthronement. BE WILLING TO OBEY!
FURTHER STUDY: Joshua 24: 24, “And the people said to Joshua, the LORD our God we will serve, and His voice we will obey.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I HAVE DECIDED TO OBEY GOD’S WORD IN ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE, I HONOUR GOD’S WORD ABOVE MY COMMON SENSE AND EARTHLY TRADITIONS, I AM PROSPEROUS.
ACTION POINT: Endeavour to practice all of God’s word revealed to you.

SAVED FOR GOD’S PURPOSE
2 Timothy 1:9 (NIV), “He has saved us and called us to a holy life – not because of anything we have done but because of His own purpose and grace. The grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time.”
Dr. Myles Munroe of blessed memory asserted that, “when purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.” When we do not understand the purpose of our salvation, abuse is inevitable. An average Christian has a vague mentality that he or she is saved just to make heaven at last. If this was the total truth, then God would have sent us to Heaven in a flash as soon as we became born again.
What then is God’s purpose for your salvation? Romans 8:29-30, “For whom He did foreknew, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified.”
Dear friend, the above Scripture is loaded with the answers you seek. God’s plan and purpose for your redemption is that you become conformed into the very image of Christ Jesus; to be holy and blameless before Him and also for your justification and glorification. You are saved in order that you might be brought into the surpassing riches of the ages to come. God’s grace has brought you into glory.
As beautiful as all these are, there is more! God’s purpose for your salvation stretches into your partnership with Him for the salvation of others. This is so important and cannot be over-emphasized! You are saved to become and evangelist! 2 Corinthians 5:18 says, “And all things are of God who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation…” Please note, this calling should not be seen as optional but indeed as very compulsory!
FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 1:11(NIV), “In Him we were also chosen having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I HAVE BEEN SAVED UNTO GOD’S PURPOSE FOR MY GLORIFICATION AND MY ASSIGNMENT OF EVANGELISM. I LIVE MY LIFE FOR THE PLEASURE OF MY FATHER’S GLORY.
ACTION POINT: Live your life to please God, preach the gospel always by the power of the Holy Spirit.

TUESDAY 3RD
HAVE NO FEAR OF LACK
Psalm 34:10, “The young lion do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.”
The beauty of Christianity is that it encompasses our total life – physically, materially, financially, emotionally and spiritually. Everything you will ever need has been provided for. You are not supposed to live life wishing something good would someday come your way. No! You are commanded to believe that, “…they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.” Glory! This is your heritage in Christ Jesus!
2 Peter 1:4a expressly says, “Through these He has given us His very great and precious promises.” Indeed, today’s word is a very great and precious promise to you. It denotes that there are no reserves, no exceptions and nothing is too good to be held back from those who seek God!
Jesus said in Matthew 7:11b, “How much will your Father in Heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him”. God is not stingy; His desire is to bless you beyond measure. In fact He is committed to giving you good gifts. Stop complaining, don’t be afraid, and refuse to listen to those around you with discouraging stories about the hardness of the ‘ember’ periods. Your God cares about you; He knows every detail about your life, because nothing is hidden from His sight.
Jeremiah 17:7-8 says, “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord… He will not fear when heat comes… He will not be anxious in times of drought…” Smith Wigglesworth often said, “I am not moved by what I see or what I hear but I am only moved by what I believe.” That is faith in action, and that is the same attitude and mentality God requires from you. Stand your ground and hold unto to God’s word. Refuse to be afraid, you will not lack any good thing in Jesus name!
FURTHER STUDY: Philippians 4:6, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I LIVE IN ABUNDANCE, I LACK NO GOOD THING. I AM NOT AFRAID, I AM SUPER RICH AND I CANNOT BE POOR.
ACTION POINT: Activate your harvest by sowing more seeds.

LIVE TO GIVE TO OTHERS
Ephesians 4:28, “Let him that stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hand the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that is in need.”
For all connected to the Amazing Grace Nation, this is a strong truth cemented into our nature. Life is not for survival but for SIGNIFICANCE. In this glorious month of November, God wants you to live consciously with this understanding also. There is more to life than getting to keep for yourself alone. The true beauty of life begins when you embrace the giver’s lifestyle.
The real worth of a man’s life is not in how much he gets but in how much he is willing and able to give. Many have not realized the power of giving, which is why they still find it difficult to embrace liberality. True giving motivated by love is so powerful. It can bring dead situations, businesses, families and even persons back to life!
In Acts 9:36-42, we see the story of a precious daughter of God who was committed to giving to the needy. In verse 36, the Bible speaks about her saying, “In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabithar (Dorcas), she was always good and helping the poor.” This woman fell sick and died but the widows and children she had blessed would not allow her to be buried, they stood their ground until God raised her back to life!
Dear believer, are you also a disciple? Don’t just say yes with your mouth. Embrace the life of a disciple, become a giver. Your giving is powerful enough to provoke divine intervention when you need it most.
FURTHER STUDY: Psalm 20:1&3, “May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble. May the name of the God of Jacob defend you…May He remember all your offerings (givings) and accept your burnt sacrifice.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS GREED AND SELFISHNESS ARE NOT PART OF MY NEW NATURE IN CHRIST; I AM A GIVER AT HEART, AND I ALWAYS REAP MY HARVEST!
ACTION POINT: Package and release a special seed to someone in need today.

PROSPERITY BY GREAT POWER
Acts 13:17&19(NIV), “The God of the people of Israel chose our ancestors, He made the people prosper during their stay in Egypt; with mighty power He led them out of that country… And He over threw seven nations in Canaan, giving their land to His people as their Inheritance. “
The Bible is full of proofs of God’s will for His people to prosper. One striking proof is found In Jeremiah 29:11 (MSG), “I know what I’m doing (says the Lord). I have it all planned out – plans to take care of you , not to abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.” I expect you to draw confidence from God’s word as shown to you in the Scripture above. God has plans to take care of you. The New International Version renders it as, “…plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
As you begin this new month of November, I want you to be rest assured that God has perfected His plans for your prosperity and He is ready to enforce it by His great power. Regardless of how many people are ganging up against you or plotting your downfall, refuse to be bothered.
The Bible says in Lamentations 3:37, “Who speaks and it comes to pass, when the Lord has not commanded it?” The Bible also says in Isaiah 54:15, “Behold they will surely gather, but not by Me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.” Dear friend, God is ready for you this month, by His great power, things will work in your favor and your prosperity will be released. Be not afraid, the mighty hand of the Lord is stretched towards your direction. Just partner with God, do your part become a giver! IT IS OUR MONTH OF GIVING AND RECEIVING!
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Chronicles 29:12-13, “Both riches and honor come from You and You reign over all. In your hand is power and might; in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. Now therefore, our God we thank You and praise Your glorious name.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS MY LIFE IS FULL OF UNSTOPPABLE PROSPERITY; EVERY LIMITATION HAS BEEN LIFTED BY GOD’S GREAT POWER. I AM SO RICH!
ACTION POINT: Confess abundance always, never speak lack. Be happy to give always!

GOD CAN STILL SAVE YOU
Hebrews 7:25 (AMP), “Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely. perfectly, finally , and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them.”
Wow! This is good news. God is able to save completely, perfectly and finally anyone who is guilty of any crime. Our anchor Scripture makes us understand that Jesus Christ is making petition and interceding on our behalf to God, so do not allow any string of guilt tie itself around you to a point where you think that God has given up on you.
Peter was the one who was first to acknowledge that Jesus Christ was Son of God before the disciples, yet he denied Jesus three times in the presence of a very little girl. How do you think Peter felt after that incident? Let me make another illustration. For instance, you went to Church, prayed in tongues and spent a great deal of time studying the word during the day and few hours later, you sinned against God. How did you feel? Terrible I suppose. When Jesus arose from the dead, an angel said to the women at the empty tomb, “Go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee.” (Mark 16:7). In spite of Peter’s denial, God had a personal message for him. This actually shows that God did not cast Peter away because of his sin. God wanted Peter to know that He still care personally about him.
Please dear friend, do not give up on yourself because JESUS WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU. Your past may be bad but God is able to transform your present and future into something greater than your past.
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Timothy 1:16, “Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ came in to the world to save sinners of whom I am chief.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I HAVE OBTAINED MERCY. I WILL NOT GVE UP ON MYSELF BECAUSE GOD WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON ME!
ACTION POINT: Let go of any form of inferiority complex.

YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR GREATNESS
Judges 6: 15-16 (NIV), “But Lord, Gideon asked, how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family. The Lord answered, I will be with you and you will strike down the MidianItes together.”
Have you ever felt incompetence for a task? Have you felt insecure or limited by feelings of inferiority and mediocrity? You are not alone; mighty men in the Bible were just like you. Gideon was called by God to save the children of Israel from the Midianites but Gideon had lost hope and ended up saying that the Lord had abandoned them in the hand of their enemies (Judges 6:13).
He saw his status and that of his family’s limitation as a reason for outright failure, but God saw otherwise. In the place of his fears, God saw faith, in place of his weakness, God saw strength, in place of a weakling, God saw a mighty man of valor. How beautiful! If all you can see about yourself is weakness, you will find out that you are still the right candidate to get the job done!
God didn’t make a mistake when he chose to make you. He followed a preplanned order to ensure that you would come forth into this world as He wanted. He knew you, formed you, set you apart and appointed you to undertake that task. What is your excuse? Would you choose fear and suffer torment or rather choose faith in God and enjoy peace and life? Even mighty men used by God had their weaknesses yet they stood out in obedience with zeal, resourcefulness and speed. Don’t skip your responsibility, the cap fits you best!
FURTHER STUDY: Isaiah 55:9, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”

YOU NEED HELP
Romans 8:26, “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought; but the Spirit Himself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.”
In this beautiful month of prayer, you have been encouraged to pray and today is not an exception. It is certain that none of us knows exactly how to pray in every situation but it is encouraging and comforting to know that the Holy Spirit is there to help us pray to God our Heavenly Father.
The word “helpeth” is translated from a Greek word which means “to take hold of opposition together” i.e. cooperate or assist. It describes a union. The Holy Spirit doesn’t do the interceding for us but through us. The Greek word translated “infirmities” in this verse is “ASTHENEIA” and it means “feebleness of mind or body.” which describes either a mental or a moral weakness, or a sickness.
One major reason why many do not receive answers to their answers is because they try to pray with their personal strength, will and mind. We all have our individual weaknesses but thank God we have someone who is willingly to help us pray according to the will of God. So, the place of the Holy Ghost cannot be relegated to the background. It is totally impossible to succeed by yourself and you need help. The Holy Ghost is here on earth and is in you; allow Him to pray through you today.
FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:27, “And He that searcheth the heart knoweth what is in the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I HAVE GOD’S BACKING, THE HOLY GHOST PRAYS THROUGH ME. I AM HELPED OF THE LORD!

SPEND THIS NIGHT WITH GOD
Luke 6:12 (NIV), “One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray and spent the night praying to God.”
The night time has been given by God to man so that man can rest from his job done during the day. At this time, sleep calleth and it becomes a mighty temptation to resist especially when the Holy Ghost impresses it upon your spirit to pray at night. Jesus Christ our Lord at certain time placed His body under subjection and spent the night praying to God and the following day, He chose His disciples which was a big achievement. He understood that there is a need to stay in the Presence of our Heavenly Father and pour out the contents of His hearts with honesty and authenticity.
Do you have a project to execute? Sleeping all through the night may not help you. Remember Proverbs 24:33-34 says, “Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth: and thy want as an armed man.”
The stillness of the night gives room for no distractions. It makes your senses alert because you know that the One who keepeth Israel neither sleeps nor slumbers. Dear friend, I believe that you know that one night of a missed sleep will not kill you. You have slept too much already. Tonight is your night with God to set things right. Do not give in to the tiredness you feel. Miraculously, when you waken to the brightness of the day tomorrow after a long night’s prayer, you will be made whole.
FURTHER STUDY: Psalm 139:12 (NIV), “Even the darkness will not be dark to you, the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to You.”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I AM NOT LAZY, I AM NOT RULED BY THE FEELINGS OF THE FLESH, I WILL PRAY TONIGHT!

LET GRACE TEACH YOU GODLINESS
Titus 2:11-12 (NIV), “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people: it teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self controlled upright and godly lives in this present life.”
What is grace? Grace is a free gift imparted into our spirits by God as a result of the finished work of Christ. Grace is unmerited favour. Yes! We do not deserve to be justified yet God declared us not guilty! But look deeper dear friend, grace does not just stop at being unmerited favour. There is more to grace, it is a DIVINE ENABLEMENT! It is the outworking of God’s Spirit within our human spirit.
This is the key, although grace came as unmerited, undeserved favour, it doesn’t not leave us undeserving. It teaches us, helps us, encourages us and empowers us to become what God wants us to be. Most importantly it teaches us to say no to the ways and passions of the world!
Dear friend, in the most loving way, God wants you to live free from sinful and fleshly encumbrances! Romans 6:1-2 says, “What shall we say then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?” Through the ministry of grace, YOU HAVE DIED TO SIN! Don’t underestimate yourself, you are not powerless. Grace has empowered you to say no. Begin from today to say no to unrighteous living, say yes to righteousness, LET YOUR LIFE PLEASE GOD!
FURTHER STUDY: Romans 6:14(AMP), “For sin shall not (anymore) exert dominion over you, since now you are not under the law (as slaves), but under grace (as subjects of God’s power and mercy)”.
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I AM NOT A SLAVE TO UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. I HAVE POWER TO SAY NO AND I SAY YES TO GODLINESS ALWAYS. GRACE IS MY TEACHER!
ACTION POINT: Enjoy saying no to ungodliness by the power of grace.

WOW! YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD
1 John 3:1 (NIV), “See what great love the Father has lavished on us that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it does not know Him.”
What a beautiful reality! God wants you to start your day with beautiful contemplations; you are not a waste of space. You are a child of God! There is something I love about our anchor Scripture that I want to draw your attention to it to it today. It says, “…that we should be called children of God, and that is who we are.”
Dear friend, when people call you a Christian, please note that it is not just a nickname, it is who you have become; A CHILD OF GOD! What then does it really mean to become a child of God? Romans 8:6-17, “The Spirit Himself beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with Him , that we may be glorified also together.”
This should get you excited, being a child of God means that you have been called to equal ownership of everything God has in Christ Jesus. It means that you have been called into a life where suffering has ended and glory has begun. REJOICE, YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED TO INHERIT GLORY.
FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 2:10, “For it became Him (Jesus), for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect…”
CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I AM NO LONGER A SLAVE IN THIS LIFE. AS A SON OF GOD, I HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UNTO GLORY, PRAISE GOD!
ACTION POINT: Practice calling God, “Dear Father” always.
