…An Epistle to the churches from the Lead Pastor, Amazing Grace Churches

Praise God, a few days ago we all gathered as one family in all our locations as we received the prophetic word for the year 2016, God spoke clearly declaring that it is: OUR YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT AND INCREASE!

For the month of January, the prophetic word of God that has continued to rise in my heart is in Ezra 6:3, “In the first year of King Cyrus, King Cyrus issued a decree concerning the house of God at Jerusalem: Let the house be rebuilt, the place where they offered sacrifices and let the foundations of it be firmly laid, its height sixty cubits and the width sixty cubit.” What God wants you to be most conscious of is this; in the journey towards greatness, the issues of the foundation can never be over emphasized. Psalm 11:3 makes it clear to us, it says, “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?

With all this truths in mind, this is God’s word to the Amazing Grace Nation for January 2016, it will be: OUR MONTH OF FOUNDATION FOR GREATNESS! 

Praise God, by the Spirit, we shall be focusing on key truths and disciplines that will set our hearts on the winning path! Get ready for the best time of your life.

OUR FOCUS THIS MONTH:
Our teaching series throughout the month shall be in line with the theme of the month: FOUNDATIONS FOR GREATNESS (a six (6) past teaching series). We shall focus on six key areas amongst other things:
1. The important of truth
2. The value of work
3. The power of preparation and goal setting
4. The power of right company
5. Triggering manifestations by expectations
6. Partnership for greatness

Without doubt, for every citizen of this our great nation this January 2016 shall be our most glorious month yet! WELCOME TO FOUNDATION FOR GREATNESS!

UPCOMING EVENTS
1. As a family, we would be fasting every Thursday throughout this year, we would break our fast with corporate prayers during REFRESH services.
2. On Thursday 7th January, in addition to our fasting and prayers we shall be having HOUR OF DESTINY (one hour of praying in tongues)
3. Our annual seven days fasting and prayers comes up from Monday 25th – Sunday 31st January 2016. Prepare to take active part in this prayer time.

ALLOW GOD TAKE CARE OF YOU THIS YEAR

1 Peter 5:7 (AMP), “Casting the whole of your care (all your anxieties, all your worries, all you concerns, once and for all) on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.”

The Psalmist in Psalm 8:4 says, “What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you visit him?” The most profound truth I want to pick from this scripture today is this, God is mindful of you, He thinks about you always because He cares for you!
When I say God cares for you, this is what I mean: God is concerned and interested in your well being, He wants you to make progress and profit. Psalm 35:27 says, “Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favour my righteous cause; and let them say continually, let the Lord be magnified who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
Dear friend, it is all a question of trust, do you trust that God knows what He is doing? God knows what He is doing; you can trust him with your life! Jeremiah 29:11 (MSG) says, “(The Lord says) I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out-plans to take care of you and not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.” God has your back covered, you have no reason to fear, just relax in the love of God and He will take care of you. God plans to give you the future you hope for and even better. Choose not to worry or be frustrated. Go about all your goals with a consciousness that you are already victorious. God is saying to you today, “Let me help you, let me take care of you!” Exodus 14:13 says, “…and be not afraid stand still and see the salvation of the Lord…” Hold your peace, walk by faith, refuse to fear, allow God take care of you throughout this 2016.

FURTHER STUDY: Matthew 6:31-32, “Therefore do not worry saying; what shall we eat? Or what shall we drink? Or what shall we wear? For after all these things the Gentiles seek for your heavenly father knows that you need all these things.”

CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS, I HAVE A GREAT FATHER WHO CARES PASSIONATELY ABOUT ME, I HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR OR WORRY ABOUT. MY DESTINY IS ESTABLISHED IN SUCCESS!

ACTION POINT: Think only about God’s greatness and strength

YOU NEED COURAGE!

Joshua 1:3-4&7 (NIV), “I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses, your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon and from the great river... to the Mediterranean sea in the west. Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the laws my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be very successful wherever you go.”

With great excitement, I welcome you to 2016: OUR YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT AND INCREASE! This year is a very strategic year and God has so much stored up for you to achieve. Are you ready?
All you need is courage, what God has planned for you in this glorious year is grandiose, in fact the Bible describes it in 1 Corinthians 2:9 saying, “But as it is written, eye has not seen, nor ears heard, nor have it entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him.” In order for you to enjoy all of God’s glorious plans for you in this great year, you would have to build up faith in your heart to believe and receive all that God will reveal to you by the Spirit even when they seem too good and too big to be true. Always remind yourself as you go throughout this year that God cannot lie and everything He says will surely come to pass.
In this glorious year, God has said that we would solidify our past victories and increase and conquer more territories! You need to get yourself ready, develop a lion heart, this is very important in order for you to take your lion share! This year you will conquer and triumph, all you need is to build up courage and confidence by the instrument of God’s word! YOUR TIME HAS COME!

FURTHER STUDY: Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them, for the Lord your God, He is the one who goes with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

CONFESSION: I BOLDLY CONFESS I AM FULL OF FAITH AND COURAGE, I BELIEVE GOD’S WORD CONCERNING MY LIFE THIS YEAR, I AM CONQUERING NEW TERRITORIES!

Hallelujah, it seems just like yesterday as we gathered together on the eve of 2015, the fact that we are together here again getting ready to step into 2016 is undeniably a proof of God’s faithfulness to us in the Amazing Grace Nation.
Without doubts, 2015 was a year of ENLARGEMENT just as God said it would be, there were notable challenges but without fail every one of them ended in notable victories also! Always keep this scripture in your heart, John 16:33, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world”
Dear brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, God never promised us a life without challenges, but thank God for the spoken word, if you learn to hold unto the spoken word, you will always come out as an overcomer!
With this truth in mind, what then is the spoken word for 2016? Are you ready? 2016 will be: OUR YEAR OF ESTABLISHMENT AND INCREASE!

OUR ANCHOR SCRIPTURE FOR 2016:
Isaiah 14:1, “For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob and will choose Israel, and settle them in their own land (ESTABLISHMENT). The strangers will be joined with them (INCREASE), and they will cling to the house of Jacob.”
In this year 2016, we shall:

1. Exert Authority over already won territories
2. Conquer new territories
3. Have Dominion over challenges
4. Walk sweatlessly in the miraculous
5. Experience 100% all-round increase

I admonish you to ride on the wings of the spirit with obedience to instructions and commitment to kingdom service. These two keys will set you apart in success where others fail! See How:

1. When your obedience is complete, no situation will disobey your command: 2 Corinthians 10:6, “…and being ready to punish all disobedience when obedience is fulfilled.”

2. Kingdom service is the key to all-round blessings: Exodus 23:25, “So you shall serve the Lord your God and he will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.”
Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you.”

With these two powerful keys, you are set for a most glorious 2016! Our slogan for the year would be:

CALL: Establishment and increase
RESPONSE: That is my portion!
